
It’s so fascinating to me about studies (research). I love how the results can be interpreted to represent what the person reporting wants to prove or point out. For instance, the whole concept that meat is not the enemy… the article states that meat consumption is down – and fruit and vegetable consumption is up… and yet disease has not gone down – therefore (the conclusion that was drawn) is that meat may not be the culprit –

Dawn, while organic meats are less harmful, there is a huge body of medical, scientific research linking meat to cancer, inflammation and numerous chronic diseases. You can find great information on Dr. Greger’s NutritionFacts.org non-profit site.
It really depend on how the animal was raise and what antibiotics if any are administered.How tbey processed the animal.
