Physical Wellness education explores the many benefits of moving our body. Starting with walking to weight training, functional exercise to yoga to free-form movements, we present different types of exercise so that your body can find the best combination that fits with your lifestyle.
It’s not enough to be mindful and make better food choices, we must ground all of our wellness in our body by honoring it’s need to be healthy and vital.
