We offer our 28-day plant-based whole foods prepared meals program in two regions: North East Ohio, and Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley between Aspen and Glenwood Springs.

Our program is based on the amazing and powerful success of Dr. Greg Feinsinger, a Colorado physician who was inspired by advanced nutritional research to try a plant-based diet himself. Within one month, he was able to stop taking medications for pre-diabetes and hypertension, and cut his cholesterol medication in half.

Dr. Feinsinger began offering the same program to his patients, and partnered in 2014 with Hippocrates Table to expand and enhance the 28-day food program. Together we offer not only whole, nutritious meals, but all the education and support our clients need to completely shift their lifestyles for their fullest, healthiest and happiest lives! Results Are Amazing! Within 10 to 14 days, participants start to lose their cravings for salt, sugar and fat—all the common ingredients in processed foods.

    • Participants stabilize their weight; those who need to lose weight generally drop between 10 and 20 pounds within 30 to 60 days.

Hippocrates Table 28-Day Meal Program is a plant-based, whole food, low fat, no added oils diet that is high in protein. (All plants contain protein, not just beans and lentils. Broccoli has more protein per calorie than steak).

This is a diet rich in food-based nutrients. The only supplements recommended to complement these meals are B-12, vitamin D and flaxseed for omega-3. On this diet, there are no limits on how many fruits, vegetables and whole grains you can eat in one day!


Side effects may include: more energy, losing weight, sleeping better, lowering blood pressure, improving blood sugar and possibly eliminating the need for diabetic prescriptions; reducing and possibly eliminating the need for statins; reduced risk of cancer, decrease in the rate of aging and extended life span.
